At VYVAE™, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Email us at vyvaefitwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack your item(s) securely and send to the address provided
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — VYVAE™ is not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vyvaefitwear@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this as a priority.
